Agatha's System Building In Los Baños
Lately I was feeling so lazy and so out-of-tune. I don’t know why but it seems like something was not right. There is so much to tell, so many things are happening. I think it is the weather, it is always raining. I was sick last week. One of the things I’d like to tell was the System Building we had in Los Baños, so close to home. However I think the pictures would tell better what kind of fun we had during the System Building. To tell you the truth, around 10 P.M., I was already dead asleep because I had to attend the church service the next day. But I did make sure that I was part of it. Anyway, The Spurs won in Cheering Contest! Laughs! It was fun. So much fun.

Whatta challenging question! Laughs! Our account, which is a credit card account, is composed of eight systems. Every system has five to six teams. It is like the system is the galaxy (like the Milky way) and one of its teams is our Solar System.
The only two reasons I could think of why it should be that way are the following:
Oraganizational purposes for easy management of the account.
And for the sake of competition, so that everyone will perform well on the floor.
Finally the answer to your question is, It is the celebration of being a system by going to a two-day vacation in which every one would know more each other, especially for the newbies, forgetting about work for a while, making friends, having some fun, sharing funny experiences, etc.
